We are fluctuating between obsessive work and depleted rest. Followed by an adrenal fracture. This is a complete physical and psychological breakdown, which often requires hospitalization. The state of adrenal fracture lasts from a few weeks to several months. The recovery is on average 2 - 4 years. Some people will never recover.
